Peak season brings thousands of new starters in a few weeks. Flowsign gets their paperwork signed just as fast.
The whole crew's paperwork in one send
Every new worker needs a stack of forms before their first shift.
- An employment agreement with their role, start date and pay.
- A tax code declaration, so payroll is right from week one.
- A health and safety induction, signed before they step onto the line.
- An accommodation agreement for anyone in worker housing.
Set that stack up once as a template, with a role for the worker. Then bulk send it to your crew list, and each row becomes its own package.

Names, start dates and pay rates are columns, from a CSV or typed in. Workers sign from a link on their own phone, with no account to create.
The batch stays together, so you can see who's still to sign and send them one reminder. Bulk send is on Business and up.
Signing on the spot at induction
Some workers are easier to catch in person on day one, at the safety briefing.
Set their delivery to In person and a supervisor hosts the signing on a tablet. Pass it down the line and each worker signs their own package.

The supervisor confirms they were there, and that goes in the audit trail. In-person signing is on every plan, Free included.
Keep a tablet on the induction desk? Install Flowsign on it and it opens in its own window.
Our guide to bulk send and in-person signing walks through both.
Contractor or employee, day shift or night
Not every worker needs the same stack. A workflow lets their answers decide.
- Employee or contractor? Each gets the agreement that fits.
- New or returning? Leave out what a returning worker doesn't need.
- Staying on site? Only they get the accommodation agreement.
With bulk send, each row gives its own answers, so one send covers the crew. Workflows are on Business and Enterprise.
The employment agreement can adapt too. A dynamic document swaps the folder of near-identical versions for one Word file, edited right in Flowsign on real pages laid out as they'll print.
- Clauses that follow the answers. Show a clause only sometimes, or swap in different wording.
- Numbering that keeps up. Leave a clause out and the ones after it renumber, sub-clauses included.
- Merge fields in the text. Names, dates and pay rates fill in at send.
Day shift or night shift? Fixed term or casual? The sender answers a few questions and the agreement is written to match. Dynamic documents are on Enterprise.
Our guide to templates, workflows and dynamic documents shows how the three fit together.

No more boxes of signed forms
- The library keeps your documents in folders the whole workspace can open.
- Templates hold the season's paperwork, ready to send again next year.
- Every signed package keeps its PDF, audit trail and certificate of completion.
Signed documents carry a digital seal, so any edit after signing breaks it. If a question comes up mid-season, the record is right there.

Get set up before next season
The quiet months are the time to get this right, not the week the first crew turns up.
Create an account and build a template from your employment agreement and induction. Try it on a tablet with yourself as host, then bulk send to a small crew before the peak.
The seasonal work and pricing pages cover the rest.
