Recipients sign from an emailed link in the browser, on a phone, tablet or computer. There is no account to create and nothing to install.
Sign from an emailed link. Each recipient gets their own signing link by email. It opens in the browser, with no Flowsign account and no app to install.
Guided from field to field. The recipient's fields are highlighted, a progress bar counts the required ones left, and Next jumps to the next open field.
Type, draw or upload a signature. Pick a signature style from a typed name, draw one with a mouse, trackpad or finger, or upload an image. Later fields reuse it.
Sign in person. Set a recipient's delivery to In person and host the session on your own device. Hand it over, let them sign, and take it back.
Install Flowsign as an app. Add Flowsign to your computer, phone or tablet from the browser. It opens in its own window with its own icon, on the same account.
A copy for every recipient. Once everyone has finished, each recipient is emailed a copy of the completed documents and the certificate of completion.
