Build the order form template
Upload your proposal, order form or MSA, add roles for the customer and your signatory, and place merge fields for the deal terms.

Send proposals, order forms, MSAs and renewals for signature from a template. See who has opened them, and let reminders follow up until the deal is signed.

Send the agreement while the buyer is still saying yes.

Order forms from a template. Set up proposals, order forms and renewals once as templates. Merge fields fill in the customer name, term and start date on each send.
Countersigned in order. Turn on signing order so the customer signs first and your own signatory countersigns after. Everyone receives the completed copy.
Every deal accounted for. See who has opened an agreement and who has signed it, then let reminders follow up with anyone still to sign.
Signed from the buyer's phone. Buyers open a link and sign on whatever phone or computer is in front of them. They never create an account or install anything.
The whole deal in one package. Send the proposal, order form and MSA together as one package, so the buyer signs everything in a single sitting.
Renewals sent in bulk. Send one renewal template to a whole list of customers at once. Each customer gets their own copy to sign and their own record.
When the buyer says yes in person, hand over a tablet and have the order form signed on the spot. The completed copy is emailed to everyone straight away.

Every package shows who has opened it and who has signed. Reminders chase the rest, so your follow-up calls go to the deals that need them.

Upload your proposal, order form or MSA, add roles for the customer and your signatory, and place merge fields for the deal terms.

Fill in the customer name, term and start date, then send. The buyer signs from a link, and reminders follow up if they go quiet.

Your signatory countersigns and everyone receives a tamper-evident PDF with a timestamped audit trail.

Upload a document, add roles and fields, and save it to reuse.

Yes, in most cases. Part 4 of the Contract and Commercial Law Act 2017 lets a legal requirement for a signature be met electronically when the signature identifies the signer, shows their approval and is reliable enough for the purpose. A small number of documents are excluded, including wills, affidavits and powers of attorney. Read our guide to e-signature law in New Zealand.
No. Each signer gets an email with a private link, opens it on a phone, tablet or computer and signs in the browser. There is nothing to install and no account to create.
Yes. Turn on signing order when you add recipients and put your signatory last. Each person is emailed when it is their turn, and everyone receives the completed copy once the last person has signed.
Yes. Open a package to see signing progress for each recipient, or filter your packages by Viewed to find the ones a recipient has opened. Automatic reminders and scheduled sending are included on the Solo plan and above. Compare plans.
If that system can make an HTTP request or receive a webhook, yes. The Flowsign API creates a package from a published template, fills its merge fields and sends it, and webhooks report back when a recipient opens or signs. There are guides for Zapier, Make, n8n and Power Automate. See pricing for the plan that includes the API and webhooks.
