Proof of delivery, signed on the spot.

Drivers and contractors sign inductions and delivery dockets on any device, and you can see what's signed straight away.

Paperwork that keeps pace with the freight.

Set it up once, then sign it at the gate, in the yard or on the road.

No clipboard at the gate, and no paper docket to chase back to the office.

Send inductions, access agreements and contractor declarations in bulk to a whole crew or carrier, so they are signed before anyone reaches the gate.

Hand over a tablet and it is signed.

In-person signing lets your staff pass a phone or tablet to the driver, who signs on the spot. The signed copy is sealed and timestamped the moment they finish.

Dispatch sees every induction and carrier pack in one list, with who has signed and who has not. Each finished document keeps its own audit trail.

How it works. From carrier pack to filed record in three steps.

01

Set up the carrier pack

Build the induction, access agreement and carrier terms as a template, with a role for each party who signs.

The template builder with the Setup, Signing fields and Publish steps above a grouped list of the template's documents.
02

Send it to the crew

Send one package per driver from a list, or hand over a tablet at the gate. Nobody needs an account to sign.

The Recipients step with delivery set for each role and three rows in the recipients table.
03

File the sealed copy

Each signed document is sealed as a tamper-evident PDF with a timestamped audit trail, ready to download for the job file.

Connect to the systems you already use.

Your systems call the Flowsign REST API, a workflow sends the package, recipients are notified and sign, and webhooks post each event back to your systems and to tools such as Power Automate, Zapier, Make and n8n.
