Set up the template
Add your documents and roles to a template, then set the signing mode to Workflow.

Ask a question, and the answer picks the documents and who signs next. Build it once on a template and every package follows the same rules.
Answers decide the documents. Conditional documents are included or left out based on an answer, so each package carries only the paperwork that applies.
Roles join at the right moment. Place a role in the flow and they are sent their link when it reaches them. Roles wired below wait for them to finish.
Questions for senders and signers. Ask the sender before the package goes out, or ask a role before they sign. Use yes/no, multiple choice, text or number answers.
Logic beyond yes or no. Combine answers with AND, OR and NOT, or compare a number, when a rule depends on more than one thing.
Preview every scenario. Run the workflow against a set of answers to see the path taken and which documents are included or left out.
Problems flagged before you publish. The builder counts what is left to fix and outlines the cards involved. Publishing waits until the list is clear.

Start from the sender, then add questions, roles and documents. Wire each answer to the path it should take.

Publish the template and send from it. The sender answers their questions first, then the package follows the flow.

Workflows are included on the Business and Enterprise plans. Business includes a set number of workflows and Enterprise has no cap. See pricing for details.
Parallel and sequential signing send the same documents to the same roles every time, and only the order changes. A workflow is for packages that vary: an answer decides which documents go out, or which role is brought in.
No. A role that is not placed in the workflow still signs. Once the roles in the workflow are done, the remaining roles are sent their links one at a time, in the order of the template's roles list.
Yes. Preview runs the workflow against one set of answers and lists the documents included and left out. Signer view lets you pick a role, answer the questions that role is asked, and see the documents they would receive.
Nothing changes for them. A package copies the template's documents and fields when it is sent, so later edits to the template do not affect packages already sent.
