Frequently asked questions
Each signing package you send counts as one, however many signers or pages it contains. Plans include an allowance of packages, and anything beyond it is topped up at $2.20 per package excluding GST on every plan. There is no cap on top-ups.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing settings, and changes take effect immediately.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or set out in our Terms of Service. You can cancel at any time.
Major credit and debit cards, processed securely by Stripe. Business and Enterprise customers on an annual term can also pay by bank transfer against invoice.
Yes. Start free on pay-as-you-go: add a card and your first 3 packages are on us, your account stays live, and you only pay for the packages you send. Move up to a plan whenever it makes sense.
