Set up the engagement pack
Add the engagement letter and authority forms to a template, with a role for each person who signs.

Send engagement letters, authorities and annual accounts for signature in minutes - with automatic reminders and a tamper-evident audit trail on every client file.

Set the paperwork up once and send it to every client, every year.

Engagement packs on repeat. Set up engagement letters and authority forms once as templates, then send them to every client at the start of the year.
Every director in order. Route accounts and resolutions to directors, shareholders and trustees in the sequence you set, or let them all sign at once.
Audit-ready client files. Each signed document comes back sealed with a full trail - ready to file against the client record.
One template, the whole client list. Bulk send one template to many clients at once. Each client gets their own copy to sign.
Reminders that send themselves. Schedule a pack to go out on the day you choose, and let automatic reminders follow up with clients who have not signed.
See who is holding things up. Track every package from sent to signed, so you know which client or director still has a signature outstanding.
Clients sign from a link on their phone or computer, with no account to create. For the ones who would rather sign in the meeting, hand them a tablet.

Reminders go out on their own and every package shows where it is up to. Your team spends the busy season on the accounts, not on chasing signatures.
