Add your logo and colour
An Owner opens Settings, then Branding, uploads the logo, crops it, and picks a brand colour.

Add your organisation's logo and brand colour once. Every email your recipients get carries them, from the first invitation to the completed copy.
Upload and crop your logo. Upload a PNG, JPEG, WebP, GIF or SVG, then crop it to its original shape, a square or a wide frame. Choose from four sizes for the email header.
Pick your brand colour. Your colour fills the header panel and the button on emails to recipients. Leave it blank to use the Flowsign blue.
On every recipient email. Branding appears on signing invitations, reminders, completion emails and void emails, so the whole conversation looks consistent.
Your organisation's name. Set the organisation name in Company settings. It appears across Flowsign and on every email your recipients receive.
Preview before you save. Changes are held as a draft. Preview email opens a sample invitation with your draft logo and colour applied, and you can adjust and save from there.
Branding for your team too. Member invitation emails and notification emails to your own team carry your branding, and new members see your logo on their welcome screen.
