Bulk send: the whole crew at once
Bulk send takes one template and sends it to a list. Each row becomes its own package, with its own signer and its own details.
Say the employment agreement, induction and accommodation agreement already sit in a template, with a role for the worker. Sending to the crew takes three steps.
- Pick the template. Choose Send from Template, then Bulk send.
- Add your rows. Upload a CSV, type them in, or add a whole group from your contacts.
- Preview and send. Check one package, then send them all.
Names, start dates and amounts are columns in the table, so every worker gets their own details. Each person opens their link and signs on their own phone, with no account to create.
The batch shows as one row in Packages. Open it to see who has signed, and remind the rest together.
In-person signing: sign on the spot
Some people are right in front of you. A driver at the gate, or a new starter at the counter on their first morning.
Set their delivery to In person, pick yourself as host, and open the session on your phone or tablet.
- Hand it over. The screen greets them by name and shows what they are signing.
- They sign. It is the same signing they would get from an emailed link, with the same fields and audit trail.
- Take it back. Confirm you were there, and that is recorded in the audit trail.

Choose Sign in person on the batch, and a list of everyone waiting to sign with you opens. Pick a worker, hand over the tablet, and Next signer brings you back to the list.
