Create a workspace
Choose New workspace, then give it a name, a colour and an icon. A preview shows how it will appear in the list.

A workspace keeps its own packages, templates, contacts and members. Give each office or team one, and switch between them from the sidebar.
Its own packages and templates. Packages, templates, documents and library folders belong to one workspace. What one team sends stays out of another team's lists.
Its own contacts and tags. Contacts, contact lists and tags are kept per workspace, so each team works from its own address book.
A colour and icon for each. Pick one of ten colours, then the first letter of the name or an icon. Available on every plan.
Members managed in one place. An Owner adds people to any workspace and sets their role there, without switching to it.
A switcher in the sidebar. Anyone in more than one workspace sees the current one at the bottom of the sidebar, and selects it to move to another.
Usage for each workspace. See how many packages, templates, documents and contacts a workspace holds, and the storage its documents use.
Choose New workspace, then give it a name, a colour and an icon. A preview shows how it will appear in the list.

Open the workspace's Members tab, choose Add members, and pick the role each person has in this workspace.

Select the workspace at the bottom of the sidebar to move to another. Its colour and icon show which one you are in.

Every organisation has one default workspace. Creating extra workspaces needs the Enterprise plan. Setting a workspace's colour and icon is available on every plan. See pricing for details.
Owners. An Owner can act in every workspace, and manages each workspace's name, look and members from Settings. For roles and permissions inside a workspace, see Teams.
Yes. A member can be added to more than one workspace, with a role in each. They are told in the app and by email when they are added, and switch between workspaces from the sidebar.
It is where a member lands when they have no workspace chosen. It is marked with a lock in the list, and an Owner can make a different workspace the default.
Only once it is empty. Move or delete its packages, templates, documents and contacts first, and make sure every member belongs to another workspace. The default workspace cannot be deleted, and deleting cannot be undone.
