Build the template
Name it, add its documents and roles, then place the fields each role fills in.

Set up the documents, roles and fields for the paperwork you send often. Each time you send, name a person for each role and the rest is already in place.
Documents kept together. Add every document the package needs to one template. Each send carries the same set.
Roles, not named people. Fields belong to a role such as Client or Manager. You choose the actual people when you send.
Fields placed per role. Place signing fields on each document for each role, on the same canvas you use for a one-off package.
Merge fields for what changes. Keep the values that differ from one send to the next as merge fields, with a default where one makes sense.
Email and reminders built in. Set the invitation subject and message, reminders and expiry on the template, so each send starts with them.
Private until you share it. A template is visible only to its creator until it is shared. Give members or groups View, Use, Edit or Manage access.
Name it, add its documents and roles, then place the fields each role fills in.

A new template is a draft until you publish it. Preview it first, then publish to make it available to send.

Pick the template, add a name and email for each role, fill in the details that change, then review and send.

Upload a document, add roles and fields, and save it to reuse.

Nothing changes for them. A package copies the template's documents and fields when it is sent, so later edits apply only to new sends. Deleting a template does not affect packages already sent from it either.
Yes, once you share it. Choose members or groups in your workspace and give them View, Use, Edit or Manage access. Use lets someone send from the template without being able to change it. A person's role can still limit what they are able to do.
Yes. Bulk send creates one package per row of a list from the same template. It is available on the Business plan and higher, and your role needs the Bulk send permission. See pricing for details.
Yes. Dynamic documents are Word files that adapt to each send. They are labelled Experimental, so how they work may change as we improve them, and they need the Enterprise plan. See pricing for details.
