Set up roles and workspaces
Review the built-in roles and clone one if none fits. If you split work by office or team, create a workspace for each.

Invite the people in your organisation and give each one a role. Groups, workspaces and shared templates keep everyone working from the same setup.
Invite members by email. An owner invites each person with an email address, a role and a workspace. Pending invitations are listed and can be revoked.
Roles and permissions. Start from the built-in Admin, Sender and Viewer roles. Clone one into a custom role and switch individual permissions on or off.
Groups of members. Organise members into groups. Share a template with a group, or choose a group to host an in-person signing.
Workspaces for separate teams. Give each office or team its own workspace, with its own packages, templates, contacts and members.
Templates shared with the team. A template is private until it is shared. Give members or groups View, Use, Edit or Manage access, and change it later.
Contacts the workspace shares. Every member of a workspace can see its contacts. Recipients are saved as contacts automatically when a package is sent.

Choose Invite member, enter an email address, and pick the role and workspace each person joins with.

Put members into groups, then share your templates with a group so everyone in it can send from them.

Yes. Roles apply one workspace at a time, so the same person can be a Viewer in one workspace and a Sender in another. Changing a role takes effect straight away.
Owner is a built-in role that sits above every workspace. An Owner can do everything in every workspace, and handles organisation tasks such as inviting members, billing and security. An organisation always has at least one.
When an Owner deactivates or deletes a member, they choose an active member to take over that person's packages. Their templates move to the same person. A deactivated member can be reactivated later.
No. A template stays in its workspace, and you can only share it with members and groups in that workspace. Sharing with a group also covers anyone who joins the group later.
Workspaces. A separate space for each team.
