Flowsign was first released on 28 September 2026 to the enterprise organisations on our early bird list. On 13 October 2026, we opened it to the wider market.
Let's chat about what Flowsign is and how it came to exist.
Why we built it
Most signing tools are either too basic for real work, or too complicated and expensive for the job. We wanted one that anyone can pick up.
Real paperwork is rarely one document and one signature. It is a bundle of documents, going to several people, in a certain order. So we built Flowsign around that.
What Flowsign is
Flowsign is a document signing platform, built and supported in New Zealand. You send documents, people sign them, and you get a signed record back.
Our favourite part is packages. A package puts several documents and several recipients into one send. People sign in the order you set.
Every plan, including Free, comes with:
- An audit trail
- A certificate of completion
- Mobile and in-person signing
From one person to enterprise
Flowsign is built for every size. A sole trader sending one contract, a growing team, and NZX and ASX listed companies running signing at scale.
You start small and add more as you grow:
- Templates with merge fields on every plan. Set up repeat paperwork once, and names, dates and amounts fill in at send.
- Conditional fields on Solo and up. Fields show or hide based on what the signer answers.
- Reminders and scheduled sending on Solo and up.
- Roles and permissions on Team and up.
- Bulk send, custom branding and advanced reporting on Business and up, with no limit on users.
- Workflows on Business and Enterprise. Answers decide which documents and steps a package includes.
Enterprise
Enterprise is our premium tier, built for large organisations with complex paperwork.
- Dynamic documents. Edit Word documents right in Flowsign, with wording that adapts to the answers given at send.
- Custom workspaces. Separate workspaces for each team or business unit, each with their own admins, managed from one account.
- Unlimited workflows.
- Single sign-on with Microsoft Entra ID.
- API, webhooks and connectors, so Flowsign plugs into the systems you already run.
- Custom fields on every package.
- An SLA and named support, with a person to call.
The pricing page shows what each plan includes.
How you use it
- Create an account. Free is enough to send and sign.
- Upload a document, add your recipients and send it.
- When one document is not enough, build a package and set the signing order.
