Using AI with Flowsign: get answers and draft documents

2 minutes read

An AI assistant like Claude or ChatGPT can help you learn Flowsign and get your documents ready to send.

You stay in charge of what goes out, and a person still signs.

In a nutshell

  • Ask. Your assistant can answer "how do I" questions straight from our guides.
  • Draft. Write a document with AI, then upload it to Flowsign for signing.
  • Private. The assistant reads our guides, not your documents.

Ask your assistant

Stuck on something? Ask your assistant instead of searching.

  • Every page in our guides has a menu with Open in ChatGPT and Open in Claude.
  • It starts a chat with that page loaded, so you can ask your question in plain words.

Use Claude a lot? Connect our guides once and it can look things up whenever you ask. The Use with AI page has the steps.

Draft with AI, sign with Flowsign

  1. Draft your letter, agreement or form with your assistant.
  2. Read it through and save it as a PDF or Word file.
  3. In Flowsign, select New Package and upload it.
  4. Add your recipients, place the signature fields and send.

New to sending? Our guide to signing a PDF online covers it step by step.

Your documents stay private

  • The connection to our guides is read-only.
  • An assistant connected this way cannot see your workspace or send anything.
  • Recipients open, read and sign for themselves.
