Know when Flowsign is running normally.

Flowsign has a public status page at status.flowsign.app. Anyone can check it without signing in, and if something goes wrong, that is where you will hear about it first.

What it's for

Signing is often time sensitive. A contract needs to go out today, or a settlement is waiting on one last signature.

When something feels slow, you should not have to guess whether it is your connection or us. The status page answers that in seconds.

What it shows

The page breaks Flowsign into the parts you use:

  • Platform. The Flowsign app and API.
  • Signing. Signing links and the signing screen your recipients use.
  • Notifications. Signing requests, reminders and completion emails.
  • Background processing. Scheduled sends, reminders and automations.
  • Website and docs. This site and our help guides.

Each part shows its current state and its recent uptime.

What each status means

The status of each part, and of Flowsign as a whole, is one of these:

  • All systems normal. Everything is running as it should.
  • Degraded performance. Things still work, but some parts are slower than usual.
  • Partial outage. Some parts of Flowsign are unavailable for some people.
  • Major outage. One or more parts of Flowsign are down.
  • Under maintenance. Planned work is under way.

Incidents and maintenance

Any incident or planned maintenance is posted on the status page, along with the parts it affects. We keep adding updates until it is resolved, so you can see what happened and when.

Get updates by email

Select Subscribe on the status page to get an email when an incident starts, changes or is resolved. You can follow the whole page or just the parts you care about.

Where to find it

  • On this site. The status pill in the footer shows the live status. It is also under Resources in the menu.
  • In the app. Open Help or your account menu and select System status.

Your details

The status page is run for us by incident.io. If you subscribe, it holds your email address so it can send you updates. The details are on our Sub-processors page.
