## Signing on the spot at induction

Some workers are easier to catch in person on day one, at the safety briefing.

Set their delivery to In person and a supervisor hosts the signing on a tablet. Pass it down the line and each worker signs their own package.

The supervisor confirms they were there, and that goes in the audit trail. In-person signing is on every plan, Free included.

## Contractor or employee, day shift or night

Not every worker needs the same stack. A workflow lets their answers decide.

- **Employee or contractor?** Each gets the agreement that fits.
- **New or returning?** Leave out what a returning worker doesn't need.
- **Staying on site?** Only they get the accommodation agreement.

With bulk send, each row gives its own answers, so one send covers the crew. Workflows are on Business and Enterprise.

The employment agreement can adapt too. A dynamic document swaps the folder of near-identical versions for one Word file, edited right in Flowsign on real pages laid out as they'll print.
